Product descriptions, compound information, and testing data you submit are treated as confidential and used solely to perform the requested analysis and issue the corresponding COA, unless you authorize broader use in writing or disclosure is required by law.

CertLaboratory is an independent analytical testing laboratory. We test peptides and chemical compounds submitted by clients and issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs) reflecting the results. Our website is for informational purposes and does not itself constitute an offer, quotation, or binding contract; testing engagements are governed by the specific order/agreement between CertLaboratory and the client.

3. Not a Seller of Peptides or Chemical Compounds

CertLaboratory does not manufacture, sell, or distribute peptides, research chemicals, or any other compounds. We provide third-party analytical testing and certification services only.

4. Use of Test Results and COAs

Each COA is valid only for the specific sample tested, under the conditions stated, and at the time of testing. Results do not constitute a guarantee about any other unit, batch, or future production, and do not represent a safety, medical, or regulatory approval of any kind. The Verify COA tool is provided as a convenience to confirm that a COA was issued by CertLaboratory; it does not extend or alter the scope of the original results.

5. Client Representations

Clients submitting samples represent that they have the legal right to do so and that the information provided (product identity, description, intended use) is accurate and complete. CertLaboratory relies on this information to perform testing and is not responsible for inaccuracies in client-supplied data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by CertLaboratory or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertLaboratory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on test results, beyond the fees paid for the specific testing service in question.
